Who We Are

  • We are a team of professional ex-business owners and industry operators. We are building a group of like-minded small companies who draw strength from being part of a wider Group, whilst operating independently day to day.

  • In November 2022 we formed a long-term financial partnership with Duke Capital who are an AIM-listed provider of alternative capital to acquisitive businesses such as New Path Fire & Security. Duke Capital provide the funding for all our acquisitions and give us and our group companies the benefit of financial stability and a long term outlook.

  • We are actively looking for further fire & security companies to join our Group.

How We Approach Acquisitions Into Our Group

  • We typically look to acquire 100% of the shares of a company to enable the owners to retire, slow down, or change direction in life. We ensure the ethos and people they have nurtured will not be undone by corporate investment and the business will typically continue under its original name – we value the brand recognition and reputation that is often built up over many years by the owner.

  • Our approach gives our businesses the freedom to continue doing what has got them this far. They carry on developing and growing, with minimal disruption wherever possible.

  • How does the business benefit? New Path Group supplements central finance, HR, admin, and marketing functions and has the ability to invest in new people, processes or assets where needed to support the succession plan and transition into new ownership.

  • Our Group companies also have access to other like-minded companies in other regions with whom they can work, share resources or customers and discuss ideas.

  • We offer multiple options and structures so owners have a choice - step back or stay with the company in the short or long term, full or part time.
