We are a Group of 100% owned regional fire safety and security companies.
We serve business customers throughout the UK, helping them protect their premises, assets, and most importantly their people.
Plus, they rest easy in the knowledge that we are helping them meet their legal and insurance compliance obligations.
New Path group companies cover all aspects of fire safety, including the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency lighting. We are also able to provide passive fire protection services including fire door installation and inspections and fire stopping.
And for security we offer CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and door entry systems. We provide fire risk assessments and fire safety training, freeing up our customers' time to concentrate on their core businesses.
Finally, our NICEIC accreditation means we take on any ancillary electrical works as part of our general service portfolio - giving customers a hassle-free single point of contact.

We are a team of professional ex-business owners and industry operators. We are building a group of like-minded small companies who draw strength from being part of a wider Group, whilst operating independently day to day.

Our group comprises businesses in the fire (active and passive), security, and electrical sectors.

In November 2022 we formed a long-term financial partnership with Duke Royalty who are an AIM-listed provider of alternative capital to acquisitive businesses such as New Path Fire & Security. Duke provide the funding for all our acquisitions and give us and our group companies the benefit of financial stability and a long term outlook.

How We Approach Acquisitions Into Our Group

We typically look to acquire 100% of the shares of a company to enable the owners to retire, slow down, or change direction in life. We ensure the ethos and people they have nurtured will not be undone by corporate investment and the business will typically continue under its original name – we value the brand recognition and reputation that is often built up over many years by the owner.

Our approach gives our businesses the freedom to continue doing what has got them this far. They carry on developing and growing, with minimal disruption wherever possible.

How does the business benefit? New Path Group supplements central finance, HR, admin, and marketing functions and has the ability to invest in new people, processes or assets where needed to support the succession plan and transition into new ownership.
