Welcome to New Path Fire and Security
Based in Southampton, the New Path Fire and Security Group comprises a family of independent regional fire safety and security companies that provide a diverse range of services to businesses throughout Southern England and London. We give our customers the means by which to protect their premises, assets, and ultimately their people, whilst also helping them to meet compliance and insurance requirements, and minimising their risk.
The services provided by the New Path group companies cover all aspects of fire safety, prevention, and suppression, including the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency lighting. From a compliance perspective, our experienced engineers complete fire risk assessments and provide fire safety training to our customers, giving them peace of mind, and freeing up their time to concentrate on their core business. Our NICEIC accreditation means that we can offer any ancillary electrical works as part of our general service portfolio, giving customers a single point of contact, and accelerating the compliance process.
The security services provided by the New Path group companies are also designed to keep our customers, their employees, visitors, premises, and assets safe, and include the installation and maintenance of intruder alarms, CCTV, door entry and access control systems.
Who We Are

We are a team of professional financiers and ex-business owners seeking to make selected investments in fire and security businesses throughout Southern England, including London, the Home Counties, East Anglia, and along the South Coast.

We would typically look to acquire all or part of a business to enable the owners to retire, slow down, or change direction in life, safe in the knowledge that the business and team they have built will not be dismantled or disrupted by corporate investment. If we can add value, we will, but generally we leave running the business to the management team.
